I am having a hard time finding Auto Attendent transfer prompt. Does anyone know where it is located on the Axxess 5.119 software?

Auto attendant transfer prompt? Are you talking about the Digit Translation for the Call Routing Announcements, (Press 1 Sales, etc.?) If so look under Applications.

I don’t have anything that old installed.

Is it under Voice Processor / Application-Related Information / Auto Attendant Information / Auto Attendant Transfer Prompt?

You can also enable/disable this "Please hold while your call is being transferred to XXXX" message within each mailbox or extension ID for that device. The global setting applies to devices dialed that do not have an extension ID or mailbox associated.

Thank You for the help. I found the auto attendant transfer prompt under the voice mail box. I was able to turn it off.
