FOSSE has only 7 possible configurations for their PBX integration: SV9500, SV8500, SV8300, Mitel, JazzFusion, Phone Suites, and Think Simplicity.

We're trying to integrate using KTSi w/ENQ over serial and the PMS tech tried setting his interface to all NEC variances SV95/85/83 but no joy. According to NEC the LUA can only use the NEAX60 or 90 protocols over IP and we don't have the infrastructure in place for that.

I had the tech create a new interface for Jazz Fusion and now we are getting a hand shake, the pms buffers attempt to go through. It appears to send the AREYOUTHERE several times within seconds. When a guest is checked in the name comes across 5 times. It's as though the PBX can't send an ACK back.

I've been trying to find a system that would be similar to the SV9100 to suggest to FOSSE to see if they have a configuration built. I've sent him a list of other NEC systems: SV8100, Aspire, UX5000, SL2100, SL1100, DSX, DS2000, DS1000. Hitachi I'm hoping would work if they have that.

Anyone ever had any success integrating these systems? Any suggestions?

Wow. That's quite a drop the ball moment. I would think the software company would be able to write a config for the 9100. If not I suppose either replace the system or software with something that is. 9100 has such a huge presence I cannot believe they wouldn't want to support that protocol which has been around like forever.
