Hi Folks,
Another weird group thing. We have a UCD group that works fine with all digital extensions. I tried to add a bunch of SIP extensions and pretty much right away, the group started acting as if everyone was logged out. Even when the digital sets logged out and back in, calls would not ring on any stations.
Any ideas? I haven't seen anything that indicated a mixed group would be an issue.

I know you couldn't add sip extensions to unconditional ring groups until about 4.7/4.8 sw.
I've never tried a sip extension in a ucd group.
What trunks do you have and how many mgi channels vs how many handsets?
You'll likely need 1 mgi port sip phone to make them ring, then 1 additional so if asio phone answers the call it can talk.
Had an issue where we only had 1mgi with a sip phone in a group and it couldn't answer as the mgi was still tired up in making the phone ring.

It's a PRI. We have an OAS and 10 handsets, then actually a bunch of SIP apps going too.... Though most of the sip apps are just being used for outgoing call so don't ring.
