hi all,
A customer has a DCS 50si that got zapped by lightning, i had them order a power supply that I installed yesterday.
The backboard came up with 8 digital phones and the 3 trk card came up but not the 8DLI card and the SLI card had dialtone but it didn't recognize DTMF
The system was in default so I programmed it up for basic functions.
Am I missing something in programming or procedure to have the system recognize the card slots or should it just come up in default?
Thanks,
Mark

I believe the cards should automatically come up .Did you actually do a default? How about a card install?

I did not but it was in default already from replacing the power supply. I did do the card install MMC but all I get is the expansion card is stuck on version.

If it defaulted from a bad power supply then you have a bad super cap on the mem card. I would try a default , maybe the programming got scrambled from a surge but not at 100% default.
