We will be implementing a fax server appliance and need to upgrade our Axxess system. We are upgrading our software from v8.1 to v11 and adding the analog VM hunt group feature. I am curious as to what is considered a fair price for this to be done.
We have been quoted $1,250 for the software upgrade, $192 for the analog VM and 9 hours of labor (although the 9 hours also includes the fax server setup/install).
