Has anyone experienced on any samsung officeserv that the time and date will change on its own? We will get service calls that our customer cant dial out. We noticed that the month and date are 0 and the year is 2092 and the time is wrong. A reboot cures the problem but it does come back after several months.

Do you have a pri and have time sync enabled? Do you have a ntp server setup?

I have seen it lots, make sure your at Ver 5.01 yes reboot always fixes it

I've seen it lately on 7100's 7200's reboots work.
