These things are impossible to come by...
Target Distributing doesn't carry them anymore.
NEC....nope.
DESI doesn't even have them.
Is there a secret stash somewhere? Haha.
We have a lot of these phones out there.
And we know how people like to change their buttons...

I just use two of the 12 button desi and cut it to fit. So far no one has complained.

Never used them but had an Excel template and used to cut the strips out and put them over top of the label sheet. Worked well.
