Hello,
I have a user who needs to be able to take himself in and out of a hunt group queue on a daily basis. His job discription changes in the afternoon. What would be an easy way to accompoplish that other than me ,the administrator, having to go in to the db and change it for him. thank you

ACD hunt group - use feature code 328 to toggle log in / log out.
Non-ACD hunt group - use feature code 324 to toggle hunt group remove / replace.
These are the default feature codes. You may need to check to see if yours have been changed.

Sorry but that makes no sense to me. in a non acd hunt the person types in 324 and he is out of whatever hunt group he is in?

Also how do you key in a feature code. sorry for my ignorance but i hardly use this system and dont have much time. thanks

Feature codes can be entered by simpliy dialing them from the keypad while the phone is on the hook, or by pressing the Infinity Button (Looks like a sideways 8) and then the feature code.
We are talking about an Axxess system aren't we?
