Is it possible to export messages from Stratagy ES to file - MP3, WAV, etc?

I've been asked to find out if we can provide people with copies of unheard of saved recordings.

I see references online to a "Strata CS Client" but I don't believe we have it, or have ever used it. We use voicemail-to-email which is the functionality we need, but it of course only works on new messages.

I know a backup produces "VOX" files, but I'm not sure if there's any way to open them, or correlate them with a mailbox and timestamp.

Thanks in advance!

The Strata CS client does not work with the Stratagy ES. There is no such interface available for the ES to do what you want.
Each voicemail message is saved as a VOX file but you can't tell by the filename that it belongs to what mailbox.
You probably already know this but you can use Stratagy Admin to show you how many new messages each mailbox has. Then have the user log into their mailbox over a phone and listen to them. Hopefully you have the 'delete on send' option check-marked in the unified messaging tab.

I already asked tech support about how to match the messages to a mailbox, but they wouldn't tell me.

On reason why I liked the IPEdge voicemail; you can log in and email all the messages in a user's mailbox (at least when it worked).

Only way that I know how to have the system resend an email is to forward the message to another voicemail box. This could be pretty time consuming if there is a lot of messages
