Hi,
I set up UCD and replaced the two default prompts 5061 / 5062 with two the customer recorded ( 6010 / 6011 )
6010 is 10 seconds long and 6011 is 6 seconds long.
When you call into the UCD group both prompts only play for around 3 seconds before being cut off.
I can't find anywhere to increase the timer so the prompts play in full.
Anyone know where to find it?

This will airways happen when there is a phone logged in to the group which is free (ie not on a call, in dnd, or wrapup)
Noting you can do to change it in a ucd group
