Hi all,
First time post!
Can someone help me with setting up a remote connection to a OS7200 with the Officeserv Device Manager tool.
What do i need to do? I am comfortable connecting on site via the LAN address of the PBX. Just cant figure how to setup remote access. Would really help.
What firewall rules do i need to have setup? Can i then use LAN connection to the WAN address of the customer? What ports do i need opening?
Kind Regards Nigel TIC Comms

6001 and 21 are for the voicemail. On os7200 and os7400 they need to point to the svmi20i ip address. On all other systems they punt to the mp ip address
