I've installed UC suite on a SV9100 and have also installed a SL2100 with it's version of UC suite. I know they are different in their offerings, based on the system type. It's been a few years ago since each of these UC installs.
Today I have a new customer that might be interested in UC. They have only 2 analog lines and 4 phones. First of all, is it worth it to put in a 9100 for such a small office? And have there been any enhancements in the 2100 UC that would make it a better choice than the 9100 UC?
The customer's computer network connects to their corporate home office via a VPN, so the IP phones will be on their own switch and network. Will UC integrate with Outlook on their vpn connected computers?
Thanks for the help. Jim

If the customer will pay the extra I will always sell the 9100 over the 2100 Sorry, not able to answer your last question.

SV9100 all day long if they can swing it.
UC integrates with outlook. You have to install the little program that does this on the client PC using it.
