Hi All
Setting up a ipo basic mode system with 4 lines and voicemail. System settings all fine after doing voice prompts for morning greeting 7811, menu options prompt and saving.,then verifying saved prompts. all time /hours are correct, using morning prompt to all hours checked, menu prompts copy checked. Lines are assigned to aa1 and verified. When i call in only menu options prompt plays.. After trying different AA's and recording in new prompt locations still have same problem. Defauled system last night and rebuilt with 1 phone and 1 maibox, redid prompts ,called in and same problem. This new system with r11.1 manager software. Never had this issue before. should i just use card reader and reformat SD and then reload from manager?

Changed ringing to 3 rings and turned night off and now get correct greeting. used night button on for all testing purposes. Seem,still to be on right tract, still needing to see why night has changed greeting

Feel pretty dumb this morning, Had follow night service checked in AA set up and that follows out of hour greeting. Did not have any prompt recorded there. unchecked and all is good.
