I just completed programming an ADIX Omega-Phone system after its backup battery failed and have gotten everything back to the way it was, but am having a problem with voicemail transfers. Any time a call comes in and is answered by any extension, whether it be an internal or external call, no matter which convention is used to transfer the call (transfer + msg + # + ext or transfer + vm access # + ext), the caller hears a message that says: "That extension is not available or is invalid". The call is then redirected to the auto attendant. The VM system works in every other way including call forwarding busy/ no answer for all extensions. I've checked and rechecked all of the parameters and have rebooted the system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
