Have OS7200S V4.75 with about twenty 5 button IP sets and eight analog trunks. Several staff member state they are getting voicemails several days to weeks after they were left. When logging in to the system I cannot see anything in the activity log. It tries to load,I get an FTP error then a blank page with the download tab. Any thoughts? Thank you.

FTP- did you put your ip address in the White list management?
Time & date correct?
Dial 00 for time & date stamp to confirm?

We don't have remote access at this site.We were on the LAN.............white list still needed?...........will try.

I believe that is a common issue in the s/w version you are using. Upgrade to 5.01 and it should clear up. Could also be a corrupt SD card or the processor beginning to bug out.
