Have to replace Samsung pro star dcs has back up card in it will I be able to use it and load old settings in the replacement. If so how would you do it?

The system memory is in the cabinet on the backplane. If you are replacing that , then you could do a backup if you have a sim and the software which is version dependent.A sim connects to a digital station port and provides a serial port to program.
