Call forward off premise is not working with the PRI. In 24-09-02-05 we tried 9XXXXXXX, 9PXXXXXXX and it will not work. If you call internally, transfer manually or have auto attendant transfer it works but it will not work on DID direct calls. When we put 7042XXXXXXX it grabs the copper back up lines and goes thru. We have this working at other customers with no problems. We replaced a Toshiba CIX and it has worked for years. We do not have CLIP set up because the Toshiba doesn't either. Has anybody seen this problem before? | | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 2,450 Member | Member Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 2,450 | We have this working at other customers with no problems. Toshiba or NEC systems?

I have also found sometimes it's carrier specific and have made the VE a Mobile extension. Also check your ISDN settings on your PRI sometimes changing NI-2 to Standard or vice versa makes it work. This is normally a B-channel issue on a sip box and for whatever reason the NEC makes subtle changes when you forward in different ways. | | | | Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 210 Member | OP Member Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 210 | We tried the BTN route in-21-12 & 21-13. We did find that the forwarded number rings into the IRG programmed so I think it is a call to Spectrum. I also found out that the DID's are all RCF to native numbers. | | | Forums84 Topics93,522 Posts635,351 Members49,569 | Most Online5,661 May 23rd, 2018 | |
