Do you have to pay 5 per month for each category example I work on several phone systems or is it 5 per month for all categories

Quick question related to this. As I am a new member, I went through and signed up for the 30 days access, and my profile shows ACTIVE, however I still cannot access any of the manuals, or post in any of the help sections. Is this something that takes some time to validate?

When the last you tried? I'm showing you active, it does take a little while for things to get through the system.

It was pretty late so I just slept on it. Now it seems to be working and I can see New Thread as an option so I think I’m good. Thanks! Just got a little confused because I figured after a few hours it would have kicked in.

The way it works with paypal is:
You submit a subscription payment.
Then paypal sends this site a notification when it is paid.
Once paid this site will grant permissions to that user.
In case there are any glitches like connection issues between paypal and this site , paypal tries multiple times for 5 days.
All of this happens with no human intervention.

Usually it is just moments to process but sometimes it can take a few minutes or up to a couple of days to complete.
This process is out of our control.
It is up to internet connectivity with paypal and this site and where the funds come from..

Then sometimes it is your browser cache that just needs a bit of time to update your cookie setting.

There is no such thing as stupid questions.
Just stupid answers.

Been here for years and pretty much always been the one supplying answers, I very seldom ask questions as I have access to TAC. and you want me to pay to help people to build your empire? Sorry not going to happen, this way went the dinosaurs! You are consigning yourseves to history as the pool of people willing to pay to be the helpers receeds. I mourn this day and bid you good luck in surviving as people shift to Tek Tips and other free assist sites as you go the way of sites such as PBX Info.

@Ruben

As discussed with another member in a PM, You only have to look at the shout board to see the effect of subscriptions! Simply put, subscripton access will simply reduce your userbase and your advertising revenue so we are now in a downward spiral till you decide this isn't viable anymore. Is there anyway you can (at minimal cost to yourself) arrange for the archive of threads to be available should you decide to close the forum? Maybe others would take on the cost. I would hate to see the loss of information that hppened when PBX Info closed down!
