Axxess/CPS 10.3;
Enterprise Messaging 1.0.38.9;
Call Center Server 3.30.x

We have had our system(s) in place a very long time in silicon-years. When last installed and configured the VPU and CPU, as well as the Call Reporting Server, were 'homed' to a NT 4.0 Domain. Most of the rest of the world and most of our company have moved on up to Active Directory, and we are losing our ability to support the NT Domain structure.

I want to move these boxes into our AD. What is involved in that? Specifically, are there any Domain Specific credentials that could be 'broke' by such a move?

Can such a move be made without having to re-install and/or reconfigure everything?

Downtime is the issue here, wanting to do this from start to finish in the fastest time/method possible.
