I have 2 systems that I need to do single digit external transfer from the Auto Attendant at night.
I want to use 3 way calling with transfer (from telco) so it doesn't tie up the line.
Someone somewhere stated that external transfer couldn't be done from AA because it
doesn't release the call to extension. I'm thinking if it was in supervised mode that would be true.
What is the best way to do this?
First system is Samsung DCS16 with SVM400 voice mail.
2nd is a Samsung DCS 50si with SVMI-4...
Thanks for any info you may provide. Doug
