Hello!
I'm using eManager to manage a CIX670 with mostly dp5022-sd phones. I know how to setup forward to external numbers with #6011, but I wasn't sure if that makes the change permanently on the PBX, or if that setting would be lost if phone was unplugged.
Is there a way to do the same through eManager so that I don't have to go to every phone to do this? Can I view the current number a phone is forwarding to in eManager?
Learning as I go here....inherited all of this without any docs or training!

The short answer is, No I wish. That and Night Mode would be pretty helpful. They didn't even put those into IPEdge
But I usually don't stop at short answers, so here is a tip I got from a former tech; My Phone Manager can do that.
My Phone manager was Toshiba's attempt to provide a user GUI. To use it, you would need to assign a passcode to a user, then login with My Phone Manager to set and view call forwarding.
The software hasn't been updating in quite a while, but you should be able to get it working in IE in compatibility mode.
The installation won't create a desktop icon, like eManager. You will need to open IE to localhost/myphonemanager.

Thanks. At least I can stop trying to figure it out in eManager! Where do I find "My Phone Manager"?

....another question related to this
Once you create the "forward to external number" using the phone, where is that saved? Does the phone need to stay connected for this to work or is it stored on the PBX?
