Axxess v11 system. We do have keysets and IP sets.
One user (keyset) swears they are not calling 911, but the operaotr can see the alarm and it is usually the same station/user.
I was fortunate once to have the smdr running and there was no log of the call. My service tech pointed out that if the call was 'too short' or '911 did not answer' the call would not be logged into the detail.
Any ideas?
Say Bye.

Check message print for the call. Also you could delete the Emergency Ext. for this station and see if the issue magically disappears.

You can download the message print logs in DB studio if you go to Operations>Error Information. For Emergency Ext, go to System\Devices and Feature Codes\Stations\Station Number\Associated Extensions\Emergency Extension. Click on that and 'NONE' and enter.
