I've been put in charge of this iwatsu omega system.
I've got the basics down but a few of these user requests have me stumped.

One of the users would like the phone to ring three times at his desk and then forward to his cell phone.

Currently he has to remember to use the call forwarding button.

Just wondering if there is a way to make this happen.

Unfortunately, a REMOTE CALL FORWARD is an all or nothing proposition. The call either forwards immediately to an outside number, or it won't forward at all.

You could try forwarding the phone on a NA/CWD to an outside networking code, but that may or may not fly depending on your system's software version.

Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
