Does anyone remember the old encore? We were trying to set one up that was new in a box for a small charity in our area. I got most of it programmed and tested and the voice mail working. The next morning when I was doing final checks two strange things started to happen. First, when I called into line one, 5 phones were to ring, but only 1 would. the second time I called in a different phone rang.
I defaulted the system and all the phones rang. I reprogrammed and it and they worked okay. So I tried the voice mail and there were no promps. No voice at all. But if I hit the zero it would dial the operater station.
Any one hear of problems like these?? Any hints would be a blessing.
