I was wondering how to set up music on hold. I have an IPOD hooked up to my Back up CPS. I'm not sure how to go about configuring the system to point to this IPOD while someone is on hold. The help points to Trunk groups but I'm not sure how sure what steps to take. Any info will help.

I have the IPOD plugged into the MOH port on the master Central Processing Card. Music-on-hold under CO Trunk Groups is pointing to that same card, 02:08 Central Processor / PCMA. I am able to change the value here to "Tick Tone" and I'll hear it while on hold. When I change the value back to "Board" I don't hear the music on the IPOD. I'm not sure why this wouldn't be working but I am just a novice when it comes to this stuff. Any help would be appreciated!!

Make sure you're using a stereo to mono adaptor on the iPod cable.
