Have a question that may have been answered (sorry) but I have a CTX100 system with about 40 extensions; some extensions have of course CO line access on buttons to call out on any line but some don't and shouldn't have access. I have disabled CO lines on the buttons through emanager on those extensions but problem is some users on those extensions are calling reception operator (night shift mostly) and having outside calls transferred in to those devices. Any way to block those outside lines from being transferred back to those extensions by operator but still have device communicate to internal exts only? In other words, those extensions only have internal access and no outside line access whatsoever including transferred calls.
Thank you for your time. Any feedback appreciated.

However, 911 access won't be allowed either. | | | | Joined: Sep 2016 Posts: 5 Member | OP Member Joined: Sep 2016 Posts: 5 | Thank you for your input phonemeister. Ill try programming that to just that few number of extensions and see what works best. | | | Forums84 Topics93,521 Posts635,349 Members49,569 | Most Online5,661 May 23rd, 2018 | |
