customer is experiencing bad paging feedback since changing from ipoffice local system to hosted with polycom phones.
If i use handset from old digital phones on the polycom phone the feedback is almost non existent. once I put the polycom handset back on the phone feedback instantly returns.
I feel the mic in the polycom handset is too sensative.
I would just switch out the old handsets onto the polycom phones but they dont fit on the cradle. or have the customer just make a page from the office where the sound of the page is insulated enough to not feedback but he is already used to being able to page from anywhere.

Thanks Hitech, I'm going to be onsite to work with the provider today. hopefully the upgrade works, I'm also going to have him lower the mic sensitivity on the phones as well.
