Hello,
I am trying to find a way on a SL1100 Auto Attendant InMail programming that will send the caller directly to Voice Mail.
Presently when a call comes in and the AA picks up the caller can select 1 for Ext. 101. The call then rings Ext. 101 and it rings a number of times till it is then answered.
Isn't there a way to direct a Press of the 1 to go direct to the VM for Ext. 101??
I think there is but can't find it.
I have PC Pro Set up for a Remote Connect to the system. So I just need the address and the data to enter.
Any assist would be great.

Change the action from Unscreen transfer to recording 1

Hi dans,
Just confirming.
So in 47-13 InMail Dial Action Table change the action to "Unscreen Transfer" to Recording 1 and Ext. 101 in the Destination??
I will make that change and test.

Ok, I have made the change as suggested and WHOOPIE!!  I does as it should!!! I have other systems set this way but just could not remember what was needed this time. aka Old Age!!  Thanks again!! Les
