The reboot was done different ways.
First time just regular reboot. Shutdown from Manager.
2nd time shut down system, powered up just 30 port module, waited 2 minutes then powered up IP office V2
software is 9.0.3.0 build 941

I am not sure why my reply from hitechcomm's post above does not show up on my pc? I posted it yesterday?
I rebooted numerous ways, numerous times, including the proper way.
Powered up module, waited two minutes, then I .
restored power to IP 500 v2 after it was properly shutdown.
Also tried powering up after proper shutdown from manager.

Have you tried changing the expansion port it is connected to? I have seen the expansion ports die in the past.

Yes I tried all expansion ports, bought different 30 port module no dif france!
