Good Day

I would like to confirm the Station Preset Call Forward PGM 120 settings for the following

Station Busy forward to VM Box -> Internal Busy , Station Group , *440
Station No Answer to VM Box -> Internal No Answer, Station Group *440

Timer for call forward?

and related what is the setting transfer to mailbox , station group *440? I assume a default for the system

If correct what is External (busy, no answer, etc)?

Thank You

To answer my own question after finding the answer in the manual

Internal is intercom from other stations
External is incoming calls that arrive at your station

And yes preset call forward needs to be set
From another board member I found that the time is in PGM123

And I hope I got that right.
