Hi, I am a Nortel girl and recently have been tasked with an inter-tel switch. I need to add a phantom ext. Not sure how to do that on this switch. Also, how do I pull avail exts? Thank you

Can you reply w\ the Axxess version? It makes a difference wrt phantoms.
When you say 'pull available extensions', do you mean which extension numbers are available?

Go to System\Devices and Feature Codes\Phantom Devices. Right-click on the right pane in the gray area and select 'Create Phantom'. You will get a new window that wants you to pick the extension you wish to use and how many you wish to create. The PBX will only allow you to use extensions that are not already in use and it shows you all available extensions in that create phantom drop-down box. So you kill two birds w\ one stone.
