Hopefully this will be my last post for a bit, everything else is working perfectly on this OS100 system I'm reviving. Thanks to nameless and PVJ for your help so far.
Only trunk is a PRI. Protocol type is NI2 and every channel is set for NI2 in mmc 430. Only getting caller ID number. No name. I see "No CLI name" on line 1, and the calling number on line 2 of the display. The name is definitely being sent (tested using an Avaya IP Office). I'm looking through other mmc's for clues but not finding anything.
MCP is running 2.69. TEPRI card is running firmware version 1.05.
Any ideas?

Hmm. You can disregard. I tried changing the protocol to ESS5 on both ends (PRI is coming from a Cisco router). It's working as expected now.
Odd. I've always had the best luck with NI2.
