Hello all!
I've found a lot of information regarding an old Toshiba CTX phone system installed in one of our buildings over a decade ago. This system is on the verge of failure. We are in the process of quoting replacements, but we are in need of immediate support to keep the current system limping along so we can keep business rolling. The system is located in Independence, Iowa, but I am happy to provide remote access to a VM to get the Toshiba network emanager software installed and get communications with the existing system re-established. The original vendor no longer wishes to assist us. Sadly, the search for someone in the region to assist has been fruitless.
Any assistance hunting down someone who can help us is greatly appreciated. I'm fumbling through this, but VoIP has never been an area of my expertise.

Good luck with that old system. I hope your moving forward with UcaaS. Why throw good money after bad. UcaaS companies can get you set up quickly if needed.

Definitely headed that direction, ditching this old jalopy as soon as we can.
