i am working on a summit set up in pgm 191 to pick up at once and play message before going to ring a few phones in ring group and then to a mailbox. it picks up and plays recording but the phones keep ringing the whole time. nothing i try stops the ringing during the message. and any phone can pick it up during the message, but after the message it only rings ext 100 and not the rest of the group. other extensions are included in the ring group in program 190. can anyone give me any ideas that may help. thanks.

still working on it. now everything seems ok except for it rings while first announcement from program 191 is playing

ok. i i got it. if anyone has this problem set announce timer to 0 i had it for 1 second
