Have a SV9100 with DT920 IP phones. Users want to change the ring type to distinguish between external and internal calls. Using the menu button on the phone and following the ring type choices seems to allow the internal ring tone to be changed. But not the external.
No luck doing it in programming either. Phones are all in COS 1. Thanks for any ideas.

By default external and internal ring types cannot be more different, look at 15-02-03, had this been changed?

I have tried changing 15-02-03 per extension, but no change.
Does one take priority over the other? In other words, does a change in programming trump the user's change at the phone? Either way, I"m not seeing anything change. Except that somehow I was able to change a ring tone, and now can't get it back or change it in any way.
