At a Dr. site with no inbound ringing on phones, can call in get voicemail,transfer to ext. but no in bound ringing when i try to ring a group of phones, the line keys are flashing and i can pickup, just no ring. This system is only 1 i have taken over and i think someone turned group ring off. I need simple walk thru on turning group ring back on.

Without going into system programming group ring cannot be disabled, if just out of blue stop working I would say corrupt data and system re-boot should be tried. This comes with a warning, the system is old and the CPU battery could be bad, power cycling to re-boot the system could default the data base. Back up the data base if you can, this will take the DSX software and there are 2 different versions, 1 for DSX software up to 2. and the other for systems with software versions beginning with 3.

sounds to me like " Maybe " the system is in the Night mode ? Or some " other " mode ?
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..
