Has anybody had a instance when the Inmail loses audio on some, mainly the first port especially on a SV9100. A reset will fix it but was wondering what causes it. When you call the inmail it answers with no audio internal & external calls. Thanks.

Well a lot there...possibly a bad CPU/SD. If they are using vmail/email make sure all the addresses are valid and working properly. Third, wireshark. I have seen where a processor can be DOS attacked on a network especially if CDP is turned on Cisco switches. That can cause precisely that where you lose voice.

I've had it happen in the past. I know there was a software upgrade which addressed this issue. The sites which had it happen was resolved when I upgraded their software. I think it was somewhere around v5-6 if I remember correctly.
