Anyone use this yet with good results. I have a customer who wants mobility. Can we ring his desk and his cell simultaneously with this. Also have the app extension be part of incoming ring groups etc. I am not looking to force him to go to SIP trunks , keep his analog trunks.

The ST500 mimics analog phones which you cannot assign virtual buttons to, in order to accomplish both the cell and the ST500 app to ring simultaneously you make the ST500 the primary extension and assign it as a virtual on his desk phone, also assign a voicemail key so when a message is left for the ST500 it will flash this key.
