My last Panasonic MC shows TDE100/200 8.0. It's UPCMC v7.8.2.1_US_R1 It is/was available on the Pana website.

Carl Navarro, I downloaded the latest version of the UPCMC software from Panasonic's dealer website, along with the drivers, and a couple other tools which might be needed. I opened the software and installed it to verify that it would indeed work with the TDE100 PBX.

I then uploaded it to my DropBox account and shared a link with this user "thagg". He replied back and explained that he had downloaded the files.

I just verified and the version I shared with "thagg" is:

Unified Programming Console Latest Version
File name : UPCMCv7.8.2.1_US_R1_1_1495128336.4687.zip Unified Programming Console V7.8.2.1R1 Support V8.0200 E911 Compliance Software and Earlier (226.53 MB) zip, Last Modified: 17 Dec 2021

Also included in the win-zipped folder was:

File name : KX-NS0132_Stack_Card_1595459803.3494.zip KX-NS0132 STACK-S (TDE) v8.204 Firmware to Support KX-DT6XX Phones (551.22 KB) zip, 8.204, Last Modified: 17 Nov 2021

V8.00 Offline Console Copy Tool
File name : V8.00_CopyTool.zip This tool needs to be run in order for the latest V8.00 WebMC to open older version databases V4.6 and lower.1. Install v8.0 of the NS Offline Tool.2. Install the V8.00 Offline Copy Tool.3. Install the latest version of the NS Offline Tool.

Why he cannot get it to work I don't know.

It's just one of those things :-) Maybe running the software on Windows XP or 7 might make it work. I didn't trade in TDE or higher so I never had the Panasonic experience. Web based admin, the only way to go.

It's funny, I'm working with a customer who has a Comdial Impact system. he's puzzled that the installer brings a "magic box" to program the system. LOL or maybe just a laptop with a serial port and Procomm or now PuTTY.

What kind of error is the OP receiving?

Carl

I opened the software on my Win7 machine. This might explain why it worked for me.

It helps to keep an older laptop around with Win7/XP just in case.

People give me a strange look when I drag my old Toshiba S-300 into their site. However, it says 143 XP on the top. I just show the tag and say "this is why". I think the battery live is some slim 90 minutes so the power supply is a must. The batteries are toward $70 to replace. It seldom goes on the internet.

There was a tech note for Windows 10. You have to install "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package. It comes in the UPMC package, but you have to install it separately. Without it installed, Windows 10 returns an "Application not found" error.
