I'm having a problem with my VM transfers. If I set up a DA table to dial 1 to go to ext 127 unscreen transfer, I hear, please hold a moment, I hear the DTMF and it disconnects, if I set up a screened transfer, I hear, please hold a moment, I hear the DTMF the extension does not ring during the transfer yet i goes to the mailbox. I never hear the DTMF dialed by the system during the transfer on any of my other installs. I am using SIP trunks. Any setting I can look at to resolve? Just weird stuff. Thanks

Check your forwarding on x127.

Forwarding is correct. Something is not right with the VM transfer. This is what happens, DA 1, 1 unscreened transfer to x 127, I hear the system dial 127 and it drops me, DA1, 1 screened transfer to x 127, I hear the system dial 127, the extension does not ring but after the no answer time out it goes to the mailbox.

I have never heard dialing when do a transfer out of an inmail. I would look at your port config to see if they are auto seizing outside lines.

It sure sounds like it trying to do a screen transfer. Did you power cycle the system? If not do so. What is the software version?
