We have several different phone systems in our school district. Some schools are on NEC, others Toshiba DK16e, and also Toshiba CIX.
I have been successful in removing the toll restrictions on some teacher's phones (locals) on the NEC and DK16e systems (using the programming sequence from a compatible phone) but I'm unable to figure out how to remove the toll restriction on the CIX system...
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The restrictions are in the DRL program. You need Network Emanager to access programming.
