Greetings all! I installed a Coral IPX500 about 15 yrs ago.I need to get online with the voicemail and have long since forgot how to do so. I can get in programming on the Coral PBX just fine. I've got some msg waiting lights on several analog phones that won't clear even though the mailboxes are clean. I've not been online with the voicemail in yrs and my company is no longer a Tadiran dealer. Is this the one that you need a USB hub to connect a mouse and keyboard? Or are the USB ports having a problem? ( the USB ports on top of the card seem to power the mouse and keyboard momentarily )
Thanks in advance for any feedback!
Girls are like phones. They love to be held, talked to.....but if you press the wrong button you'll be disconnected!

Hello. Normally you can go to a phone and dial #5 10 (or #10) and that should clear that MWI. HOWEVER if that MWI is set via the admin code you need to use that code. I THINK (been a few minutes) you need to go to an attendant phone dial #156 + ext Number OR it was #1440 + ext will cancel it.
