Hello, I am inexperienced with Panasonic phone systems. I have a customer with a Panasonic KX-NS700 phone system. At random times, several or all of the trunks "lock up" and can only be released by either physically removing and reconnecting the lines, or rebooting the entire system. Sometimes, all of the extensions show as busy, and can only be remedied by rebooting the system. Is there a way to release a locked up trunk remotely?

How are you connecting remotely to the system

If you have remote access, you can take the trunk card out of service (OUS) then back to INS, this will drop the trunks. Are these LCOT, PRI or SIP trunks? Is the voicemail system locked down from outbound dialing? Kevin
