About a month ago the CID stop working. I checked CO lines ok. Did a soft reset. Don't dare power down, might loose a PS. Any suggestions?

you mean the CID on a/b Trunk Ports ? You have a RCM2 CID Card in Use ? you can check the state. (Card State) Im not save on iDCS Plattform, on OS7xxx the CID processing on Trunk Ports goes over RCM2 Card. Sometimes after power Down, the card comes not up when the PSU have issues.

notify ! it's best to do a cold start, you can't change it anyway, if the power supply is defective the system will no longer work at the latest with the next storm and lightning. stocking up on spare power supplies is always a good idea with these old systems. get yourself a power supply and then start it up. Normally the power packs come back on when they are warm. The only problem is when they get cold.
