Is there a feature code to clear a MWI lamp? there are no messages and it is still lit. TY

Its probably a callback message. 368 should clear it.

For some reason that code says incomplete. I am on vs 9.1 Inter-tel Axxess. Could it be a different code?

It's possible that your feature codes may have changed. Try hitting the Message button and then *

You might need to press your "Special" key first, then enter 368. The Special key is the infinity symbol, or the number 8 on it's side.

Thank you.  I tried the infinity key and I still get incomplete feature code. The massage button and * did clear the lamp but msg key is still on the call back feature so it is poiting back to last person dialed.
