I have a 5000 at version 3.2. When one of the loop start trunks is in use, the system will access this line anyway when the trunk access code is dialed. Just this trunk, all the others show as busy.
I swapped the trunk to a different port and the problem remains, so I’m pretty sure it’s a problem with the line. The voltage and current measure the same as the other trunks.
Of course, this site is 90 minutes away from the office. Anyone have any thoughts?

Update...
Inter-Tel/Mitel tech support had never heard of this issue, so I don't feel bad that I hadn't.
I was back on site yesterday, and the problem was gone! It's a mystery, and if it hadn't happened to me, I would have thought user error.
