Can you make an outgoing call while a virtual extension is ringing in? Here is my scenario, customer needs to make an outgoing call while a virtual extension is ringing in. Naturally, if they pick up the handset they will answer the call. If they try to dial "9" with Hot Key Pad enabled in 20-08-20 it says preview dial and it will not complete the call. The customer still needs to have the virtual ring. I tried to disable 20-10-08 but that did not help. Am I missing something? Thanks...

You need to change the way your VE works. You need to change it to press the VE key to pick up the call. 20-10-08 does this.
