Hey folks, I seem to remember at one point finding a way to have the system play a tone when someone is on hold rather than silence.
Is there a sequence of settings? I tried setting the MOH source in 105 to 1. Quiet tone but that didn't do the trick. Also tried disabling the MOH in 109 FB01 and had no better luck.

Ideas?

As long as I have been doing Toshiba CIX systems (many years), I don't recall ever seeing a way to set a tone for On Hold.

They have a setting for on-hold tones Nortel ICM. NEC has built-in MOH. I don't think Toshiba has anything built-in. You will need an external source of some kind.
