It sounds like you have an MCS350... I can confirm using an ACC4 on an MCS350 will not display all of the menus, you need an ACC4D or better for that. You should not use anything earlier, including the Teradon unit (although it would work!) with your MCS350. I will keep that in mind! My only issue with the ACC4D and ACC5 was them removing the mercury switch from the handset and putting a hook switch in the cradle. The mercury switch for the speakerphone was one of the cool features of these units! That, and the weird keypad redesign on the 5 where the color coding doesn’t make much sense and the shift button looks out of place because of its size.
