Hi, Customer has one analog phone that seems to be on microphone mute. I couldn't find a feature code for mute on/off so I'm thinking it's not a feature. So I'm looking at replacing analog card. Any ideas? Thanks.

Does a butt set in place of the analog phone also get muted?

Yes. Muted on the butt set connected directly to the analog port. Seems like it may be on inbound calls only.

Any other spare analog ports available for testing?

Check your cabling/wiring. Sounds like off a half pair?

I've eliminated a wiring issue by connecting my butt set directly to the analog port on the ksu. I'm thinking of replacing the card.
